Work
Once approved, I work directly on the server, keeping changes controlled, documented and reversible where possible.
Resolution
The issue is verified, the system is checked after the fix, and you receive a clear summary of what was done.
WORKING ACROSS THE LINUX STACK
Two decades of
solving real Linux problems.
Several services stopped working after a configuration change. The cause was identified remotely, the settings were corrected, and the server returned to normal operation without a reinstall or unnecessary disruption.
My VPS suffered from recurring slowdowns and unpredictable load spikes. The actual bottleneck was found remotely and resolved without rebuilding the server, upgrading the plan, or applying risky performance tweaks.
Years of changes had made my mail, DNS and firewall configuration difficult to manage. The setup was reviewed remotely, cleaned up carefully, documented clearly and made reliable again without downtime.
